The Tanzania Livestock Research Institute (TALIRI) is a semi-autonomous Institution established under the Parliamentary Act no. 4 of 2012. Minister for Livestock and Fisheries, TALIRI is required to collate all livestock research findings from different research institutions for review and promotions in line with development and maintenance of National Livestock Research Database (NLRD)
✅FIELD ATTENDANT GRADE II – 14 POSTS
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To clean pens, bomas and equipment;
- To do dipping, dehorning, disbudding, debarking and other
related operations; - To carryout milking and egg collection;
- To take care of experimental animals; and
- To perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
The applicant should possess Form four (IV) certificate with division four (IV).
REMUNERATION: POSS 2
✅PLANT OPERATOR II GRADE II – 3 POSTS
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To drive plant under supervision of experienced Plant operator;
- To keep safety and maintain plant equipment, machinery
and tools; - To maintain log book;
- To perform any other official duties as may be assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
The Direct Entry Qualifications Holder of Certificate of Secondary Education
Examination (CSEE), with Class “G” driving License, and experience of driving Tractors, Forage Choppers, Boom Sprayers and Mowers for one year without causing accident.
REMUNERATION: PGSS 2
