The general attributes for all the applicants for an Academic position

• Ability to design, set, administer and supervise different assessment items;Ability to supervise field practices and undergraduate/ postgraduate special
  projects/ researches;
• Ability to mark student scripts and coursework assessment items and provide feedback;
• Ability to carry out consultancies and community engagement activities;
• Ability to prepare and deliver own teaching materials, conduct tutorials, seminars for undergraduate/postgraduate programmes;
• Ability to carry out independent research and provide feedback;
• Ability to supervise research and other knowledge and skills development activities;
• Ability to mentor junior staff in relevant fields;

Terms of Employment
Successful candidates will be employed on contractual terms of three (3) years (renewable). However, the confirmation shall be made after satisfactory completion of the first year of employment probation.
