POSITION: PROCESS ENGINEER
Location: Tanga
Your next challenge as a Process Engineer will be to optimize processes for crushers, kilns, mills, and packers. Also conducting process audits, improving production efficiency, and contributing to production planning.
The role will also include monitoring production data to prevent issues, leading continuous improvement
initiatives, and ensuring safe working practices. A BSc in Chemical and Processing Engineering and ERB registration are required.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of process engineering experience in cement or related industry.
- Expertise in process, maintenance, and production strategies.
- Strong maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent planning and organizing abilities.
- Proficient problem-solving skills.
- Competent with computers and MS Office.
- Knowledge of cement plant equipment and operating systems for thorough inspections and fault finding.
