Job Description
- Market Understanding: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the mobile phone market channel, including customer demographics, trends, and preferences.
- Competitive Awareness Strategies: Stay updated on competitors’ products, pricing strategies, and market positioning to devise effective strategies for maintaining competitiveness.
- Customer Resource Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with existing customers within the channel to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Channel Promotion: Plan and execute promotional activities within the channel to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
- Sales Task Completion: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting products and services through the channel.
- Customer Management: Provide excellent customer service and support to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and logistics to ensure alignment of channel strategies with overall business objectives.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on channel performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
- 1 to 2 years of experience.
