Position: Telesales and Telesourcing Agent
Job role
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and providing accurate information.
- Listen attentively to customers, understand their needs, and offer appropriate solutions or assistance.
- Provide product or service information, including pricing, features, and benefits, to help customers make informed decisions.
- Process orders, returns, or exchanges, and assist with order tracking and status updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and effective
manner, escalating complex cases to a supervisor when necessary. - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to document customer interactions, update records, and track customer requests.
- Follow company policies and procedures while adhering to call center performance metrics and quality standards.
- Upsell or cross-sell products or services based on customer needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure prompt issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and customer service best practices.
