Baraza linautaarifu umma kuwa Udahili wa wanafunzi kwa muhula wa Machi, 2024 katika ngazi ya Astashahada na Stashahada kwa kozi zote isipokuwa kozi za Afya kwa Tanzania Bara, utaanza rasmi tarehe 6 hadi 23 Februari, 2024.

Udahili huu utahusisha vyuo vilivyo na nafasi na uwezo wa kupokea
wanafunzi wapya na vilivyoruhusiwa na Baraza baada ya kukidhi vigezo (Orodha imeambatanishwa).

Aidha, wahitimu wote wa Elimu ya Sekondari na Vyuo wenye sifa za kujiunga na kozi za Astashahada
na Stashahada wanashauriwa kutuma maombi yao ya kudahiliwa moja kwa moja vyuoni.

Waombaji watakaochaguliwa na vyuo watakavyoomba, watawasilishwa NACTVET kwaajili ya uhakiki wa sifa za
kujiunga na programu walizoomba na watajulishwa majibu ya maombi yao baada ya uhakiki kukamilika.

Baraza linavishauri vyuo na taasisi zote zitakazodahili wanafunzi kwa Muhula wa Machi, 2024 kuhakikisha kuwa wanazingatia kanuni na taratibu za udahili pamoja na Kalenda ya udahili (Admission Calendar) inayopatikana kwenye tovuti ya Baraza.

Pia Baraza linawashauri waombaji na wazazi kuhakikisha kuwa wanaomba kwenye vyuo vilivyokidhi vigezo na kuruhusiwa kudahili katika muhula wa Machi 2024 kama vilivyo orodheshwa kwenye tangazo
hili.

About us
The National Council for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (NACTVET) is a corporate body established pursuant to NACTVET Act, Cap. 129, to coordinate and regulate the provision of technical and vocational education and training.
The Council regulates an efficient national qualifications system that will ensure that products from technical and vocational institutions are of high quality and respond to changing needs as well as technological innovations in the world.
Technical and Vocational Education and Training in this context is defined as “Education and training undertaken by students to equip them to play roles requiring higher levels of skills, knowledge and understanding and in which they take responsibility for their areas of specialization”.
NACTVET is thus, a multidisciplinary and multi-sectoral body empowered to oversee and coordinate the provision of Technical and Vocational Education and Training in Tanzania.

Mission
To oversee the provision of quality Technical and Vocational Education and Training, through registration and accreditation of tertiary non-university institutions, and vocational training centres; and advising the Government on development of quality technical and vocational education and training for the benefit of Tanzanians.
Our Core Functions
The function of the Council may be summarized as below:
  1. Regulatory Function 
To establish and maintain the regulatory framework for technical and vocational education and training, leading to quality assured qualifications.
  1. Quality Assurance Function
 To assist technical and vocational institutions to improve and maintain the quality of the education they provide and to ensure that their programmes meet labour market demands, by guiding and monitoring their adherence to the regulatory framework.
  1. Advisory Function
 To advise the Government on the strategic development of technical and vocational education and training so that it can make informed decisions regarding policymaking.
